Snag Solutions, the leader in white-label creator tooling, is launching social and loyalty API’s to enable partner integrations that let partners leverage social and backend loyalty data. The offering will enable bi-directional data sharing to integrate any existing partner loyalty, social, or CRM solutions with the Snag digital platform.

Our loyalty program is designed to help creators grow communities and incentivize royalties by providing value to holders for the behaviors that matter most for you and your community. You can incentivize both on-chain and off-chain behavior, such as listing / purchasing natively or with royalty, staking, HODLing, twitter + discord participation and more!

The rewards are issued via offchain ‘backend tokens’ that can be stored either in Snag's database or the client's database, depending on preference. Our APIs work in tandem with our SnagMarketHybrid smart contract, which facilitates the transfer of actual NFTs (ETH/MATIC) via asymmetric encryption to ensure transactions originate from Snag's hybrid smart contract or another whitelisted contract address. Our API also includes a locking mechanism to protect against double-spending.

Social

NFTs are an inherently social platform, and our social build augments our marketplaces by helping holders access utility via community via token gated profiles & directories while pulling the Discord WTS/WTT use case onto the platform. This set of flexible content modules including an integrated social & activity feed will help projects keep holders engaged with their brand as we continue to add functionality while setting the stage for loyalty and increasing visibility around royalties.

The Socials component comprises the following key features:

• User Profile Data: user name, description, profile picture, location information, Twitter/Discord integration and email with additional integrations to follow.
• Collection Metrics: include top holders, a ranking holder's contribution to project royalties, and most L30D sales with additional metrics and customization to come.

• Feed/Posts: Holders can share posts through our feeds product with a follower object and social + trading ‘posts’ alongside cryptographically secure creator announcements exclusively available to holders.

By leveraging our APIs and the data points they provide, clients can create a more engaging and personalized experience for their users, fostering a sense of community and driving user engagement within their NFT marketplace.

How it works

We offer three distinct versions of our loyalty rewards system to work with all partner systems:

1. Snag native
   1. In this option, Snag stores the rewards balances in its own database, manages rewards calculation and distribution, and keeps rewards up-to-date. This is ideal for clients who want all of the benefits of backend loyalty without having their tech team touch the product.
