As eComm moves onchain with assets represented as NFTs, Snag is building the go-to solution for new user onboarding & community engagement. We innovate on behalf of our partners letting games, brands, and creators bring the world on chain by focusing on what they do best.
Our mission is to let anyone build onchain with the same level of ease as eComm entrepreneurs who leverage self-serve tools like Shopify.
When the dot com bubble crashed, the majority of capital exited a then over-crowded ‘Web1’ ecosystem. While companies like pets.com and WebVan disappeared, generational businesses like Amazon and eBay enabled step-function changes in internet adoption by building better E-Commerce. Today, the same opportunity exists to build the future of digital commerce, and adapt eComm learnings to improve user experience when buying and selling NFTs.
Co-founders Zach (Ops) and Jason (Tech) met at DoorDash, building for merchants, and launching products like the ads platform & early POS integrations to scale operations nationally. Zach was then a Director & GM helping merchants like McDonalds and Panera offer delivery through their own app and website to improve margins and own the experience. When looking for ways to avoid OpenSea fees Zach saw the opportunity to provide the same tooling to NFT creators. Zach called Jason and Snag was born.
At Snag, we exist to empower creators. We listen to their problems, obsess relentlessly about their pain points, and stay close to their users to help inform prioritization.
We partner with leading creators to build immersive digital experiences, improving the onboarding experience and supercharging community engagement to help brands turn followers into evangelists & contributors.
